Data collected
Full name, work email, company, request topic and message you enter in the form. Minimal technical sending data (date/time, IP address) for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used exclusively to respond to your contact request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f), EU Regulation 2016/679), based on your consent expressed via the dedicated checkbox.
Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, if no relationship follows, deleted within 24 months.
Sharing
No transfer to third parties for marketing purposes. Data resides with the site hosting provider, acting as data processor.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to site@abilislab.com.
